Some Helpful FAQ's About Our Printing Service

You have 3 options for uploading your artwork
1. Upload your artwork at the cart stage or once the order is confirmed
2. If files are larger then 20mb please upload your artwork onto https://printpal.wetransfer.com/ after the order is completed, in the message section please add in your order number.
3. Reply back to your order confirmation email with your attached artwork.

If you've selected "collect from store" collection can be made as soon as you receive the "ready for collection" email

Our same day roller banner printing service is great for those last minute events, simply place your order before 14:00 - Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and collect from our store, you can also arrange a same-day courier, Uber or a delivery company of your choice to collect.

We charge a flat rate of £8.95 plus VAT per order, this includes up to 6 roller banners at any give time and is based on a 48 hour tracked service with UPS.

All payments are processed through PayPal. Credit and debit cards payments are also accepted without the need of having a PayPal account.

The usual turnaround for print and delivery is 48 hours, however if you require a timely delivery please contact the sales office to discuss your options.
Please note: We're unable to deliver over the weekend but can arrange for collection from an alternative address in N3.

Once your order has been processed you will receive regular email updates.

Yes, all items are invoiced with VAT so on request we can send you a VAT invoice for your records.
