1.0     Cancellations

London-Roller-Banners is an online trading website for Printpal and offers a same day print and collect service in London therefore orders are usually processed and queued for print within 15 mins of the order being placed (only applicable on working days only Mon-Fri, 09:30am to 18:00pm) Therefore should you wish to cancel or have changed your mind simply email your cancellation to hello@london-roller-banners.co.uk or by replying back to your order confirmation. One of our sale agents will respond and process your cancellation with a full refund processed. Please note if the time has exceeded the 15 mins’ grace time your cancellation may not be considered or deemed as void and order will remain active for print, collect or delivery. Outside of business hours (Mon-Fri, 09:30am to 18:00pm) please follow the same process as above and your order will be processed/cancelled in office hours

We reserve the right to refuse any order(s) and will issue a full refund on payments made in this circumstance.

2.0    Refunds and Returns Policy

Refund will only be considered for order(s) that are deemed defective/damaged on receipt or collection. In these instances, we would offer a full reprint or refund the full amount including any postage charges incurred. As all orders are unique and not re-saleable we do not accept returns unless damaged and your parcel must be refused on point of delivery.

All claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of your order with all packaging retained for inspection.

Note: we cannot be held liable for mistakes (including but not limited to artwork, spelling or graphic errors), except where these arise in printing process. In this case a full refund or reprint will be offered.

3.0    Artwork Sizing

Please ensure your artwork is provided as per your paper size selected to prevent any issues in print. In case of urgent orders, you can request that we process your order with a “fit to print” service where your order will be enlarged to the selected size without the distortion or cropping of images.

All banners would be trimmed to the edge of the artwork, if the artwork is submitted with a white border this will be included when printing and trimming the image/file. It is your responsibility to ensure your artwork meets our requirements for print and includes correct dimensions. If you are unsure, please contact a sales office on 020 7193 4514 before placing an order with us.

Specific requirements: please ensure you have added in specific requirements by adding notes when uploading your artwork, alternatively follow up immediately with an email or call to our sales office. We are unable to make any adjustments on requirements adjusted after 15 mins of the order being placed.

4.0    Order Turnaround & Delivery

If your order is confirmed with print ready artwork by 2pm Mon-Fri we will print your order same day with an estimate collection time of 6pm or close of business same day. If you have opted for a delivery UPS would collect from our office the following day with a next day tracked delivery service. Unfortunately, courier companies do not offer a guaranteed service due to unforeseen circumstances so please ensure you have flexibility when placing your order. Emergency or time sensitive orders we recommend a collection.

5.0    Privacy Policy

Printpal does not store financial information, i.e. credit or debit card details, as these are processed by PayPal.

We do store customer information, including but not limited to: name, address, email, telephone and order details. This data is retained securely by Printpal for the processing of your order.
